The team
Parkmore Switchgear makes a considerable investment in people with a strong comitment to training and personal development. As a result the company has a highly skilled and loyal workforce.

Key to the success of the company is its strength in unity. The Administration, Sales, Design, Engineering, Stores, Assembly, Paint Finishing, and Test departments are all made up of highly motivated individuals that form one cohesive team.

Skilled workforce
Most employees joined Parkmore with electrical or mechanical backgrounds and nearly half of all production operatives are qualified electricians.

The work is labour intensive; a project with large panels takes in the region of 500 man-hours. The investment in training is progressive, new operatives are typically up to speed in two years.

Prospects
